From Broad Balk Bridge to Curdworth Tunnel

Finally some new photos! Walked along the Birmingham & Fazeley Canal this morning from near Broad Balk Bridge up to the Curdworth Tunnel. I would have gone further but the towpath was quickly turning into a quagmire.

A photo i took sometime in the late 90s using my SLR (which i must still have somewhere), the canal scene in central Birmingham!

Industry and leisure

At one side of the Grand Union you see rusting relics of an industrial past and the other side benches depicting the leisure future. Or something like that.

Spotted on the Tame Valley by lock 10 last week and still there yesterday.
