Into New Hall Valley Park

We are now into New Hall Valley Park, here are quite a few bridges which cross the Plants Brook like this one.

Another conduit bridge similar to the one shown on Tuesday, this one isn't quite so overgrown.

Sutton Park Line

A bridge carrying the Sutton Park railway line over the footpath and Plants Brook.

This week's theme is another look at the Plants Brook in Wylde Green.

Straight section

Now the stream flows near Penns Hall, proving water to a pool next to the hotel.

Bridge out of the park

Plants Brook flows along the edge of Pype Hayes Park, this bridge marks where it is about to leave the park and flow under Penns Lane.

Dam

What appears to be some sort of dam, unsure if any beavers were involved!

Hanson's Bridge

Hanson's Bridge carries Eachelhurst Road over the stream.

This week's theme is the Plants Brook is a stream which rises in Sutton Park and then travels through Sutton Coldfield and Erdington before eventually joining the river Tame. It also supplies water to the nearby Birmingham & Fazeley Canal.
