Winter along the canal

I've been unwell the last week or so but feel better today and didn't really feel the cold (which is usual for me) so i took some photos along the canal to show just how cold it is. The canal is frozen over as you can see!

Snow and ice

So Winter has come early, the Tame Valley seemed a bit iced up earlier in the week though Gas Street seems fine today... snow on the towpath though!

Pubs (1) : Lock Dock & Barrel, Leamington Spa

A new occasional series of canal side pubs. This one is in a lovely spot alongside the Grand Union at Leamington Spa.

Tame Valley Canal in Perry Barr earlier in the week, problem with water flow. Fixed now anyway.
